The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of all sales goals and objectives for the region. The candidate will be knowledgeable about the payroll leave attendance & HRMS suite and our competitive advantages to implementing tactics and strategies to ensure success.
Job Description:
Software installation and implementation. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone (voice). Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions. The ability to work in a high-pressure environment, a good understanding of basic computer skills and the ability to learn how to use software quickly are also highly beneficial.
Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Qualifications & Experiences:
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in software implementation and support in Software or IT Service company.
Payroll HR software industry knowledge will be a big advantage
UG: Any (IT background is preferable)
Salary: As per industry standards
